INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
CONFERENCE PROGRAM
A preliminary program will be published on this web site during the month of November. Remember that you must have pre-registered for the conference by December 5th to be included in the final program. The final program will be distributed at the conference in the registration package and can be picked up at the registration desk beginning 5:30p.m., Wednesday, February 4th – Friday, February 6th.
FORMAT/LENGTH OF PRESENTATIONS
In paper sessions, each presenter will have up to fifteen minutes in which to present his/her work. There will be additional time for discussion. Fifty minutes will be allotted for workshops. That includes the presentation and discussion.
PRESENTATION ROOMS
Each presentation room will be equipped with a standard overhead projector and a screen. Presenters requiring any additional equipment should plan to bring it with them.
CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS
Individuals whose proposals are accepted for presentation are encouraged to prepare their presentation in journal form for the Web Journal and/or for consideration for publication in the AABSS refereed journal. Manuscripts should be submitted to the authors by March 2nd, 2009. See "Journals" page for more information. The AABSS Journal will be published during the months following the conference and distributed to all conferees.
