INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
CONFERENCE PROGRAM
A preliminary program will be published on this web site early in December, 2012. Remember that you must have pre-registered for the conference by December 6th, 2012 to be included in the final program. The final program will be distributed at the conference in the registration package and can be picked up at the registration desk beginning 5:30p.m., Wednesday, February 13th – Friday, February 15th, 2013
FORMAT/LENGTH OF PRESENTATIONS
In paper sessions, each presenter will have up to fifteen minutes in which to present his/her work. There will be additional time for discussion. Fifty minutes will be allotted for workshops. That includes the presentation and discussion.
PRESENTATION ROOMS
Each presentation room will be equipped with an LCD projector, a standard overhead projector and a screen. Bring your computer with you, if you need to use one.
CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS
Individuals whose proposals are accepted for presentation are encouraged to prepare their presentation in journal form for the Web Journal and/or for consideration for publication in the AABSS refereed journal. Manuscripts must be submitted to the authors by March 12th, 2013. See "Journals" page for more information. The AABSS Journal will be published during the months following the conference and distributed to all conferees.
